The High North Coast
The Great Famine was the mass food shortage in the aftermath of the Great Invasion. Nearly all of the farms in the Greenwood Dale were destroyed, including larger towns like Saeliff. As a result, food shortages became common in Brightriver and Wavemeet, as the supply of grains, fruit, and livestock that the cities depended on collapsed. The Great Famine was one of the main causes for the formation of the Greenwood Pact, and is considered to be ongoing, though greatly reduced in magnitude by resettlement of the Greenwood Dale.
